TERMS and CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all services offered by Digital Optimist SEO Agency, including photography, SEO, and website design or management. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

SEO Services

  • All SEO plans require a minimum three-month commitment. SEO results take time, and this period allows for implementation, indexing, and performance monitoring.

  • Clients may upgrade their plan or book additional services during or after the initial term.

  • Refunds are available if you are not satisfied with the work within one month of completion, provided that the service has not already proven effective (e.g., measurable increases in traffic or rankings).

Website Design & Management

  • Website design is a collaborative process. Clients are responsible for providing timely input, content, and media. Delays in client response or content delivery may impact timelines but do not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • All website management and hosting plans have a minimum one-year term. After one year, clients may choose to continue services or request a transfer of ownership and hosting.

  • Ownership transfers may incur additional fees depending on the domain and hosting platform used.

Google and Meta Ads

  • Google and Meta ads are very dependent on your entire offer ecosystem and purchase funnel. Prior to commencing ads we do a review of this, but if I am hired to run Google Ads for you, I will do everything in my power to get you traffic, but unless I am also contracted for SEO, I cannot guarantee conversions.

  • You must provide adequate images that represent your services, that are also used on your website, that you own.

  • You must be prepared to spend at minimum of $500/month (CAD or USD depending on your country) in order for us to see meaningful results

  • In order for me to keep an eye on your ads after the two week set up and management phase there will be a $250/month fee

Photography Services

  • All photography related information is viewable over on my dedicated photography website here. suzannerushton.com Come see me there!

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a photography booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Final images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeline. Edits or retouching beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges.

  • Usage rights and licensing will be outlined in your project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, clients receive full rights for commercial or personal use.

General Terms

  • All services provided are billed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • Communication and file delivery will be conducted via email, Zoom, or shared platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox.

  • Digital Optimist reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.

Refund Policy

  • The window to achieve positive results that I feel good about is 30-60 days. If we have not achieved measureable positive results in this post seo sprint window, you may request a refund. This offer expires after 60 days of the date we conclude our work together.
