For my entire entrepreneurial life I have built and managed my own websites, taken my own photos (except portraits of me), ran my own marketing and successfully built businesses that get found and highly ranked on and offline.
Since my recent move to Nova Scotia, I have been dedicated to helping businesses, organizations and people optimize their websites and online presences and do what I have done for myself.

Personally… MOVEMENT, SPORTS and other activities
In my spare time, I love immersing myself in nature and learning new skills. In summer of 2025, my friend and I hiked four multi-day trails in four countries in the Alps. Now, in Nova Scotia, I’m big into pickleball. I’m still low skill, but very high enthusiasm.
I facilitated a women’s wellness & movement retreat called a Radiance Retreat, which you can read about here.
I love playing guitar, spinning poi, playing beach volleyball, learning handstands and am certified in yoga, partner yoga and aerial yoga.
